PayRecordly is deliberately narrower than a payroll service. It does not pay workers, file returns, deposit taxes, or replace professional advice.
How we maintain accuracy
Automatic tax rules are versioned by effective date and tied to public government sources. Unsupported state or local calculations are not silently estimated; the workflow requires a verified manual amount or blocks the document while the item is unresolved.
Educational pages identify their intended audience, reviewed date, limitations, and primary sources when factual tax or employment guidance is discussed. We correct substantive errors rather than changing dates to make old information appear current.
Privacy and responsible use
Entered payroll details remain in the active browser workflow. Payment, receipt, and optional attachment delivery use the limited information described in the site privacy disclosure.
